Is JobDiary a full CRM or only a round app?
JobDiary is the full CRM and job management system. It connects leads, customers, quotes, jobs, projects, schedules, crew updates, invoices, payments, profit and reports. Recurring rounds are built in, but they are only one part of the product. JobRound is the separate recurrence-first product.
How does the free trial work?
30 days free, with no card taken. Add one real lead or active job, carry it through the office and field workflow, then test the invoice and reporting side before deciding. If it fits, continue at €29 a month. If it does not, walk away and owe nothing.
Do I have to set it up myself?
Self-serve is included: add the business, one customer and the first live job. Optional done-for-you setup costs €99 once. We agree the starting records, load the agreed customers, open work and schedule, then you check them before using the system. It is a starting-data service, not a promise to migrate every historical record from every tool.
What do the crew see on their phones?
The work they need today: address, job notes and the actions needed on site. They can record supported updates such as completion, hours, photos and payment against the job. They do not have to wade through the owner's full CRM view, and the crew view is included in the flat price.
How do payments work?
Through your own Stripe account, into your own bank. An invoice can carry a payment link, the customer pays by card, and the money goes directly from them to you. It never passes through JobDiary, and JobDiary takes no cut. Stripe charges its standard card fee. Part payments can be tracked too.
