The standing visit keeps its price and anything extra is added to that job on the day, so a heavier autumn visit invoices for what it actually involved.
Can I run fortnightly in summer and monthly in winter?
Yes. Change the cycle on the job when the season turns and the next visits rebuild from the new pattern.
What if we cannot get into a garden?
Mark it not done with the reason. It stays on the record, the repeat pattern is untouched, and you can move the visit rather than losing it.
Do photos stay with the garden?
Yes. They sit on the job, so the history of that garden is in one place rather than spread across three phones.
