Window cleaning job management software

Window cleaning software for a round that never stops.

Four-weekly, eight-weekly, whole streets at a time. Keep the order tight, bill the ones who were out, and get the money in without a second lap.

For a domestic or commercial round, not one-off cleans.

  • Short, dense cycles

Four and eight week rounds where the same streets come back around.

  • Many small jobs a day

Thirty or forty stops that have to stay in a sensible order.

  • Money at the door

Cash, a card tap or a payment link sent while you are still on the path.

High-rise, rope access and commercial contract compliance are a different job. JobDiary is built for the van round.

From this lap to the next one.

  1. Add the house

Address, what is included, front and back, and the price.

  2. Set the cycle

Four weekly or eight weekly, and the next visit builds itself.

  3. Group the street

Neighbours sit together so the van parks once and works the row.

  4. Work down Today

The stops in order on the phone, ticked as they go.

  5. Handle nobody home

Done and unpaid, or not done. Both are recorded, neither is forgotten.

  6. Collect what is owed

Card at the door, or a payment link that chases itself.

Nobody home is not the same as not done.

The round's real leak is the house you cleaned where nobody answered. On paper it becomes a name in a notebook and then a write-off.

  • Clean and unpaid stays as a balance on that customer, not a scrap of paper.
  • The payment link goes out the same day and the reminders run on their own.
  • Next visit still lands on cycle, with the old balance still attached.

Thirty stops, one thumb.

  • Big targets, because the other hand is wet and holding a pole.
  • Taps saved offline and sent when the signal comes back in the estate.
  • The next address is one tap from the last, in the order the street runs.

The money is small, frequent and easy to lose.

A window round lives or dies on collection, not on price. Every clean carries its own paid or unpaid state, so the ones who were out get chased automatically instead of being remembered, badly, four weeks later.

Card payments run through your own Stripe account. Reminders can run at day 3, day 7 and day 14.

This workflow came from a real Co. Louth round.

Gardening Services Dundalk is the operating basis of JobDiary. The round, the crew phones and the money flow were shaped by real work, not a feature list.

Window cleaning questions

Can I run four-weekly and eight-weekly customers together?

Yes. The cycle sits on each job, so both patterns share a day and each returns on its own schedule.

What happens when nobody is home?

Mark it done and unpaid. The balance stays with that customer, a payment link can go out, and the reminders run at day 3, 7 and 14 without you doing anything.

Does it keep the street order?

The route is built from the addresses, so a street stays together even after you add or drop houses on it.

Can a customer pay by card on the path?

Yes, through your own Stripe account. The money goes from them to your bank and never passes through JobDiary.
