JobDiary is an operational CRM and job management system for small teams. It covers mixed one-off jobs, projects and recurring work without asking you to run an enterprise dispatch department.
The old tools work until the owner becomes the link between all of them.
Diary, inbox, WhatsApp and sheets

- The enquiry starts in one place
- The quote lives somewhere else
- Site photos and hours arrive in messages
- The invoice has to be rebuilt at the end
Each tool can work. The missing piece is the connection between them.

Frequently asked questions
Why is there no per-user pricing?
The CRM only works properly when the people doing the work can update it. JobDiary is one flat price per business, €29 a month, with the whole crew included.
How does the free trial work?
30 days free, with no card taken. Add one real lead or active job, carry it through the office and field workflow, then test the invoice and reporting side before deciding. If it fits, continue at €29 a month. If it does not, walk away and owe nothing.
Do I have to set it up myself?
Self-serve is included: add the business, one customer and the first live job. Optional done-for-you setup costs €99 once. We agree the starting records, load the agreed customers, open work and schedule, then you check them before using the system. It is a starting-data service, not a promise to migrate every historical record from every tool.
How do payments work?
Through your own Stripe account, into your own bank. An invoice can carry a payment link, the customer pays by card, and the money goes directly from them to you. It never passes through JobDiary, and JobDiary takes no cut. Stripe charges its standard card fee. Part payments can be tracked too.
What happens if I stop?
You can export available customers, jobs, invoices and other business records free. There is no contract or exit fee. When you cancel, we confirm what remains accessible and for how long. Retention and deletion follow the privacy notice and your legal rights.
Who owns my data, and what about GDPR?
You own your customer list and job history. JobDiary processes that data to run the service, not to sell it or feed advertising profiles. You can request access, export, correction or deletion where the law provides. The retention periods and full GDPR detail are in the privacy notice.
